Broken Friendship
Sometimes I wonder,
We met along the way,
We traveled the road with joy,
Vows are made to be together forever,
No matter what comes along the way;
Hopes are given, giving enjoyment to the road we travel on,
Feeling assured no matter what happened, you‘ll never be alone.

When the hopes are high,
And the spirits are burning,
There come the obstacles,
Full of confidence, striding towards the hindrance,
Suddenly…
You are all alone,
Despite the sweet talks and promises made;
Friend, it’s alright for a friendship not to last,
But then, it has ended at the wrong time,
Or,
Is there never a right time…
